Educating our brain to shift from the bigger muscles of the leg to the smaller ones of the ankle using the Heel-Toe technique is a very important step to learn how to stay synchronized to the pedal when we shift from slow to fast speeds without loosing control, especially for double strokes with one or both feet! Let’s break this shifting down and learn how to do it staying perfectly relaxed!
