It’s very important to get used to staying sycnhronized with the spring and rebound on different surfaces and to apply the muscolar switch to multiple limbs at the same time to play comfortably. With this exercise we will learn to switch from big muscles to small muscles without loosing the synchronization and will work on speed too.
